In Windows Vista and 7, if you have vSide installed to:
C:\Program Files\vSide
OR
C:\Program Files (x86)\vSide
Your "characters" folder in "cache" will not be there. To fix this, you MUST check the Show Reload Textures box in your settings panel. To get here, you can go from your HUD to Tools - Settings, or by pressing F6 on your keyboard.
You will have to X out of vSide and open it again.
To get to your characters folder, you now do this:
To do this, open your start menu, click on "Computer".
Up top is the address bar (it says "> Computer >")
Click the blank space next to that.
Copy and Paste the following into it:
%USERPROFILE%\appdata\local\virtualstore
You will then see two or one of the following:
Program Files
and/or
Program Files (x86)
If you see Program Files (x86), open that. If not, open Program Files.
After that, find the vSide folder, open it.
Open the "dc" folder inside of that, and inside of the dc folder, open "cache" and then "characters".
There you go. m_player is for male textures, f_player is for female textures.
